2ème Grand Prix de REIGNAC

">Le 18 et 19 Mai 2012, l'AMR33 organise son 2ème Grand Prix à l'échelle tout terrain 1/5ème!
Comme l'année dernière, nous allons faire 2 finales par catégorie (finale A pour les "meilleurs" et finale B pour les "autres meilleurs" 
).
Les possesseurs de Losi 5iveT Short Course, vous êtes les bienvenus! Vous aurez vous aussi votre propre course s'il y a assez de participants dans cette catégorie. Sinon vous serez mélangés avec les autres 4x4.
Pour participer à ce GP, la licence de la FFVRC n'est pas obligatoire. Donc tout le monde peut participer.
Planning du week end:
Samedi:
Matin: - essais libres (toutes catégories confondues),
- essais chronométrés (séparés),
Après midi: - Qualifications (4x2, 4x4 et Losi SC)
Dimanche:
- Remontées,
- Demies finales,
- Finales A et B de chaque catégorie.
Le samedi soir pour que nous nous retrouvions tous ensemble, nous organisons un repas convivial!
Menu:
- Pizza (de notre sponsor),
- Poulet Basquaise,
- Salade,
- Fromage,
- Dessert.
Nous précisons pour les pilotes que le verre de l'amitié du samedi midi et également le petit déjeuner (viennoiserie + café) du dimanche matin sera offert par le club.
Vous trouverez sur place tout au long du week end une buvette pour vous restaurer et vous hydrater.
Vous pouvez dès à présent vous inscrire pour la course et le repas du samedi soir. Vous avez jusqu'au 11 mai pour le faire en utilisant la fiche d'inscription ci dessous.

But why is it we cannot choose freely which tyres to use?
I have here for example SLD and FG dots.
This is not ok?
I see this event is listed under meetings. Will it be a normal race format?
If I come I will try to take some more drivers along. But I then need to know in advance clearly what kind of race this is so I can inform the people correct.
Please reply in English if you can.

Hi Onno,
It's not a race where you will be able to compare yourself to the best French pilots, but that is still a race....! It's just the way to have fun with friends, on a fantastic track, certainly one of the most beautiful of France, in the middle of vines of Bordeaux.
You and your friends would be of course welcome in Reignac, to share with us those funny days...
As you could see on the flyer, some types of tyres ( most aggressive) are not allowed, only to preserve the track....But if you cannot use them, others either...!

We do not care so much who will be competing. If top drivers come or not is not important to us. We also race purely to make fun. On the track with racing, but it is of minimal the same importance to have fun on the social aspect. This is even more important. A racing weekend is for us always like a small holidays.
Excellent to know on the racing format. I will let the people know here on this race and will promote it in Holland.
Please make clear on the tyres exactly which tyres we cannot use.
or maybe better make a list of tyres that are allowed. then we know which tyres we can arrange and take with us.
The date of this event is excellent into the Dutch racing calender.
It is a free race weekend.
Also people have the monday free (national holiday). So they could take 1 free day from work and use that for the travel to Reignac. And use the monday to travel back. This would be for many of the Dutch people an ideal possibility to do. I expect I can gather some people and come.
We just had to cancel the GP of Fehring. Only 14 people were on the list. We had together 8 friends to go to Fehring, but had to cancel due to very little participants in this race. The people are of course dissapointed as Fehring is very beautifull. But then they could for sure be interested in this race. At least you already have more participants. So that is already very good
Please inform on the tyres we can use.
Is GRP with cubic ok? and the MCD small pins?
Or can you advise please which tyre is good for this track?
Then I can have a look here what we have and prepare a bit.

I asked here a few guys.
As they cancelled with me the Fehring GP, they also want to go somewhere else. They are all checking their Agenda's now.
I expect we can get together some guys and come and visit you.
The track and the club looks excellent, but even much better to me are looking the vineyards...
Do some of you can recomend us a simple hotel nearby?
We do not need luxury, a simple local hotel is for us ok. I estimate we can get together about 4-8 crazy Dutchies.
When I know more I will let you know guys
Oh and the inscription.
You do not use myrcm or any other digital listing??
I suppose we can send an e-mail nowadays instead of paper with a stamp can't we?

For tires:
They are all accepted except GRP "CROSS" and FG, Hormann and SLD big spike (as pictured).
This is to avoid too quickly degrade the track ... fun first!

Pour l'instant, nous n'avons pas encore crée les inscriptions en ligne... ça sera fait pour la prochaine fois, ça c'est sur. EN fait, j'ai pas eu le temps de m'en occuper pour ce GP. Et pourtant on a le logiciels de comptage qui va bien pour ça...
Tu as encore le temps pour t'inscrire, envoies moi tout ça par la poste.
